On July 20, 2026, Sir Baroro arrived a little late and began the class by checking what we remembered from our previous lesson. He also informed us that the online platform would be organized by section so that our lessons, announcements, and submissions would be easier to manage.
We then started discussing Module 1. Only a few classmates were present because most were attending the Hands-Only CPR training, while others were absent for personal reasons. Since many of us had not yet opened the module and our next class was still at 4:30 PM, Sir Baroro decided to use the extra time for our discussion.
We took turns reading and explaining each part. We felt nervous because it was an on-the-spot activity, and honestly, we wasnโt fully prepared. However, as each student took their turn, we slowly became more confident. When it was my turn, I did my best to explain my part clearly, and thankfully, we were able to deliver our explanations successfully.
The discussion also helped me understand that is not always about physical strength. In todayโs world, knowledge and information can also give a person an advantage. This made me realize that learning and staying informed are important because what we know can help us understand situations, make better decisions, and respond to challenges.
